You're FOUR?!?! Whaaaaa????

Four. four. FOUR. Still working on accepting that one. But I did hear a strange rumor that the temper tantrums start to fade in year four, so there's a silver lining to this growing up business :) We spent Brixon's 4th birthday, January 12, at Legoland in Winter Haven. Lots of special friends and family joined us, and we had so much fun. Here are some pictures...

It's a New Dawn, It's a New Day...er, Year...

So this year, I can honestly say, the next has a lot to live up to! 2012 was such a fantastic year; we both turned 30 (and Nick threw me the most awesome party ever), I had three months home with the kids, we went to Italy and the Napa Valley, added a new member to the family (reluctantly, but Remy has turned out to be a good girl :), and so much more... Here's to 2013, and another year of memories!

Could Christmas REALLY be any more FUN?!?!

I probably should have broken this post up into a few so I didn't have to upload 479 photos ;) Oops... Anyway, Christmas is always my favorite time of year, but this year was the very best Christmas yet. December was full of baking, parties, presents and snow (alright, it was more like dish soap bubbles out of a snow machine...but still fun!), and I think we're actually still recovering! In early December, we headed up to Parrish to take a train ride to the North Pole with lots of Brixon and Hudson's cousins. We had so much fun, and Brixon was absolutely convinced that he was on the Polar Express. Hudson loved the carolers on the train, and especially loved when Brixon got the whole car singing 'Jingle Bells!' The next weekend was Holly Days in Punta Gorda, when they do the tree lighting. This year, it was the town's 125th anniversary, so there was a parade, and a lot more fake snow than usual!! Brixon had a great time getting covered in suds! Brixon's Christmas Program was also that weekend. Now that he is older, his class has a much bigger role. It was super cute, and we were definitely the proud parents!! Christmas Day was filled with toys and more toys! Luckily, I filled Nick's Explorer to the roof a few days prior to make room for all of the new! B got the fire truck he had been begging for (the size of a Hummer), and they both got a swingset that they love! So here are some photos...and more photos...enjoy!
